Blend · Student IP Pitch Portal

Build your campus IP.

Every great movement starts with one idea.

At Blend we are helping students build Intellectual Properties that can become lasting brands, communities, events or media platforms. A college fest, a podcast, a founder community, a sports league, or something that does not exist yet. We want to hear it.

01

Answer eleven questions

Plain language. No jargon, no business plan template. Write it like you are explaining it to a friend.

02

A coach pushes back

As you type, you get the questions a mentor would ask. Quantify the problem. Name the competition. Prove the retention.

03

Get a real pitch

Your answers become a structured pitch document you can copy, download and send to anyone.

Step 1 of 11
Step 01

Tell us about yourself.

So we know who to call when this gets shortlisted.

We need your name.
Which college are you at?
Tell us what you study.
Pick your year.
Which city?
We need a working email address.
Step 02

What kind of IP do you want to build?

Pick as many as fit. Most good IPs are two or three of these at once.

Choose at least one.

What shape does it take? If it is not an event, a club, a show or a community, then what is it?

Step 03

Tell us your idea.

The name, the one line, and then the whole thing.

Give it a name. A working title is fine.
One sentence. That is the whole job.

Imagine you are explaining it to a friend. Tell us what it is, why it should exist, and what makes it exciting.

Give us a real paragraph here, at least 60 words.
Step 04

What is the problem?

Every IP that lasts is fixing something that annoys people. What is yours fixing?

Say more. At least 25 words.
For example
  • Students do not network enough.
  • College events are boring.
  • There is no platform for campus creators.
  • Freshers do not know where the opportunities are.
Step 05

Why now?

This idea could have existed five years ago. Why is this the year it works?

Give us the shift you are riding. At least 25 words.
For example
  • AI is changing education.
  • Colleges are becoming more startup friendly.
  • The creator economy is booming.
Step 06

Who is it for?

Name the first hundred people. Not the market, the actual people.

Be specific. At least 20 words.
For example
  • First year students · Engineers · Designers
  • Founders · Artists · Creators
  • Every student on campus
Step 07

How would it work?

Walk us through it like a set of instructions.

What happens first. What happens next. How often it runs. How students actually participate.

We need the actual mechanics, at least 50 words.
Step 08

What makes it different?

There is already an event this weekend and a community in every DM. Why yours?

Make the case. At least 30 words.
Step 09

Dream big.

If everything goes perfectly, where is this in three years?

Paint the picture. At least 25 words.
For example
  • Present in 100 colleges
  • The largest student podcast in India
  • The biggest college sports league
  • A national startup movement
Step 10

What do you need from Blend?

Be honest. "Everything" is a valid answer, but the specific ones are more useful.

Pick at least one.
Step 11

Your team.

Last one. Then we build your pitch.

Are you building this alone?
Pick one.

Names, what they study, and what each person owns.

If you could add one person tomorrow, what would they do?

Your pitch

Here it is, in one page.

This is what our team reads. Look it over. If a section reads thin, go back and fix it, the pitch rebuilds itself.

Submitted

Your pitch is in.

Thank you for sharing your idea. Our team will review it on five things.

01Originality
02Student impact
03Scalability
04Execution potential
05Long term IP value

If your idea is shortlisted we will invite you for a discussion to explore how Blend can help bring it to life.

Remember. We are not just looking for events. We are looking for the next student led IP that can become a lasting brand.
now go build it.
